Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business week. All orders are shipped via Purolator.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during delivery. However, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and may offer additional support on a case-by-case basis.


Return Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality, freshly roasted coffee beans. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience a product defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. To report an issue, email us at bwood.events@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.


Shipping a Return/Exchange

If a return is approved, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Exchange shipping times may vary depending on your location.
